Assuming you're on FS22 It's kinda hard to say exactly as it depends on the map (maps can change crop growth times) I recommend turning seasonal growth on temporarily that'll give you the growth map so you can see how long it takes you can turn it back off when done (turning seasonal growth off doesn't change how long it takes to grow just allows you to plant whenever also make sure seasonal
